    Training You will attend a training program at our headquarters office approximately three weeks before you open for business. This program consists of classroom instruction on how to run a business and how to cost-effectively manage a maid and janitorial operation. You will be trained to become a sales organization, not just a cleaning company. Confidence comes from knowing your business and knowing you can succeed. Our training program provides you with that confidence. We also will provide on-site operational training when you open your MTP franchise. This includes four days of initial on-the-job training at the home office where we show how we work with our established clientele. Classroom training will be provided using manuals and videos to show you the operating procedures, purchasing, advertising and marketing, employee training and administrative procedures that will make your business a success. And we will always be available to provide personal assistance 24/7 through our 800 number and Internet communication.
