We call it "Fresh Casual." Our menu carries bold and broad flavor profiles; all food is cooked fresh to order in an open kitchen; the food is delivered to the guest at their table rather than being picked up at a counter; all this taking place in an environment with an elevated decor meant to evoke a bustling Asian street market.
