Support A Sweet Nel's consultant will guide you through every phase of development and, eventually, to help you open your shop. After shop construction, and for the 2-weeks prior to grand opening, we will assist in setting up your Sweet Nel's Shop. Sweet Nel's franchisees are provided with a Field Service Consultant on-call to answer questions and to provide support. They will visit on a regular basis and have an in-depth meeting about how things are going and to offer suggestions and evaluations.Franchisees are continuously supported by the efforts of the entire Cool Factory management team. The Cool Factory (featuring Dreyer's/Edy's Grand Ice cream) franchising opportunity provides franchisees with a solid operational structure and franchising to build a successful business upon. Additionally, the demand for superior treats is ever increasing.
Marketing We support you with the tools you need to take advantage of promotional opportunities and create new programs on an ongoing basis.One of the keys to your success is effective marketing and advertising. You will be given proven marketing campaigns that have successfully attracted new customers. We may offer you additional public relations ideas and work with you on planning your Grand Opening.
Operations We do not allow multiple shop ownership at this time.Cool Factory Parlor features a standard menu of superior ice cream and coffee. Cool Factory has more than 55 flavors of ice cream, various different tastes of coffee and yogurt, and we are continually looking to expand our flavor selection with new ice blended drinks and inventive taste offerings with our ice cream, yogurt and coffee licensor/vendor. The customers can special order a combination of ice cream and coffee, which are individually prepared to order in the Parlor. We may also authorize or require that special drinks, pastries and other food and beverage items be added to Parlor menus.
