    About Uno Chicago Grill

Ike Sewell combined old Italian recipes with meats, vegetables, spices and cheese and created the first deep dish pizza in 1943. He opened Pizzeria Uno to serve his creation to pizza lovers throughout Chicago. The new restaurant became so popular that Sewell opened Pizzeria Due on an opposite corner from his original restaurant to handle customer demand. Over 60 years later, the restaurant is now called Uno Chicago Grill and has evolved to offer a variety of grill items like steak, ribs, seafood and pastas in addition to its famous Chicago-style deep dish pizza.

The initial investment necessary to begin operation of a Pizzeria Uno Restaurant ranges from $545,500 to $1,405,500. This includes $43,100 to $59,300 that must be paid to the franchisor.
The initial investment necessary to begin operation of an Uno Pizzeria & Grill Restaurant ranges from $1,168,000 to $2,410,500. This includes $57,100 to $99,300 that must be paid to the franchisor.
The franchisor offers development rights for Uno Restaurants. When you enter into a Development Agreement, you must pay the franchisor a Territory Reservation Fee equal to $5,000 times the number of Uno Restaurants you will own and operate. In addition to the Territory Reservation Fee, you must pay the franchisor an Initial Franchise Fee of $30,000 for each Pizzeria Uno Restaurant and $40,000 for each Uno Pizzeria & Grill Restaurant that you will own and operate.

    About SPIN! Pizza

SPIN! is known for its hand-spun, stone-fired authentic Neapolitan pizza and wide variety of fresh salads tossed with dressings created in-house daily. In addition to a diverse selection of traditional thin-and-bubbly crust, rustic whole wheat, and gluten-free pizzas, SPIN! offers other Michael Smith created appetizers, soups, salads, signature Panini and Italian deli sandwiches. SPIN!'s signature gelato program, which regularly rotates about 30 flavors, features gelato made from scratch in small batches for SPIN! using natural ingredients. All of SPIN's toppings and ingredients are made from fresh produce and prepared daily including made-from-scratch soups and salad dressings. SPIN! takes the unique step of roasting all toppings and ingredients in its stone hearth ovens each day, including mushrooms, caramelized onions, artichokes, and even capers, pecans, pineapple, pine nuts, and pancetta. SPIN!'s pizza dough is made fresh every day using several types of flour, including one specially imported from Italy. SPIN! offers both traditional Pizza Rossa (red pizzas with crushed tomato sauce) and Pizza Bianca (white pizzas with roasted garlic olive oil glaze), and many hand-grated cheeses. Its gluten free crust is renowned for its flavor and texture and, along with SPIN!s many popular salads, has brought SPIN! recognition for having the best gluten free menu in Kansas City. SPIN! serves a variety of affordable premium wines priced well below traditional restaurant prices. SPIN! also makes homemade white, red and blood orange sangrias and offers a selection of craft beers. In addition to its wines and artisan menu, SPIN! is known for its pioneering hybrid service model, which combines traditional fast casual ordering in the restaurant's lobby with a robust full service experience at the table. The "premium fast casual" system is especially appealing to diners who want to control the speed of their meal without sacrificing service. This is the second national concept created by SPIN! partners Gail and Richard Lozoff, Edwin Brownell, and Michael Kramer, who are experienced in large multi-unit expansion, franchising, and operations.
