Restaurant experience is not necessary! The Barberitos system was conceived and set up to be successful for people coming from outside the restaurant industry as well as existing restaurateurs. Our time tested methods and outstanding field support, along with your passion to succeed are all that are needed. Solely — or collectively as an ownership group — have a net worth of at least $700,000 and liquid assets of at least $200,000. Must be able to pass a background inquiry, including credit worthiness, no criminal history, no extensive litigation and a satisfactory motor vehicle report. Must be willing to work hard and be a hands-on operator. Must have a passion for the Barberitos brand and promote and carry out our mission statement.

Pepe's concept began in 1954 as a taqueria in Chicago. Pepe's Incorporated has been franchising Pepe's Mexican Restaurants since 1967. Pepe's prepares and serves a full menu of Mexican food items for dining-in or carryout. It also operates a 57,000 square foot U.S. commissary where it produces food products for its franchised restaurants and its branded product program. The branded product program sells food products to schools, factories, and office cafeterias, as well as the U.S. Military for use at military bases in the United States and abroad.
