Training | K-Tec is a 5-day training all Kahala franchisees receive and is the companion to brand specific in-store training. It introduces participants to the Kahala culture, level of support provided, and the roles and responsibilities for supporting franchisee and franchisor success. It provides exposure to basic business concepts such as customer service, profitability, quality assurance, inventory, purchasing and distribution, and more. | We provide you with two weeks of in-depth classroom training at our headquarters, followed by a lengthy hands-on training period in one or more of our restaurants. Our Opening Team will also be with you for one week before your restaurant opens, and for one week after you’ve opened. We’re there to train your staff and make sure the quality standards are maintained and your first guests instantly become loyal ones. |
