    If you want development rights for Family Sports Pubs, you must pay $31,250 to $46,250 to the franchisor or its affiliate as an initial development fee (which equals the sum of half of the initial franchise fees for 2 Family Sports Pubs on the low end to 5 Family Sports Pubs on the high end)
