To help reinforce the training GSU provides, our Quality Assurance (QA) team regularly reviews each School’s procedures and program performance. It also offers guidance on how to continuously improve each School for the benefit of the children and their families. On-The-Job Training: 400 hours Classroom Training: 138 hours Additional Training: IACET training for teachers & directors | Training takes place at our corporate headquarters in Toronto, Canada. The training sessions will provide you with in-depth knowledge on how to market TutorBright. Not only will we show you how to create your marketing plan, but we will also teach you how to present TutorBright to parents. Additionally, we will provide you with ongoing training through conference calls, seminars, and internet forums. Our goal is to make you a successful franchisee.
