Solar Roast Coffee was established in 2007 by brothers Michael and David Hartkop, established on the idea of building a their own coffee roaster using solar power. Their quest was to produce the best tasting coffee ever created. In the years since Solar Roast Coffee has become the best coffeehouse in town!
