Genghis Grill - The Mongolian Stir Fry is a build your own bowl, fast casual, Asian stir-fry concept. The atmosphere is colorful, lively and a lot of fun! it's actually not a cuisine, but an INTERACTIVE style of exhibition cooking modeled after a centuries-old legend. According to this legend, 12th century Mongol warriors, led by the mighty warrior GENGHIS KHAN, heated their shields over open fires to grill food in the battle fields! Guests at Genghis Grill build their own bowls by choosing their own meats, spices, vegetables, and sauces from KHAN'S KITCHEN (a food bar featuring an array of ingredients) and then march over to a massive hot circular grill - THE GENGHIS GRILL! There, the GRILL MASTERS (cooks) stir up the food with long wooden sticks, churning and turning the ingredients until they're cooked to perfection. Guests enjoy the scene as their food is being prepared and if they are lucky, the GRILL MASTERS will perform nifty tricks to entertain the guests.
Yeung's Lotus Express was developed from the Kelly Yeung's many years of
experience in the full line restaurant industry. His vision was to
offer the quality and service of his full-line restaurants at the price
and speed of quick-service restaurants. The first Yeung's Lotus Express was opened in Miami's Bayside Market Place, overlooking Biscayne Bay.
The grand opening was such a success that Kelly decided to leave the
full-line restaurant business and grow Yeung's Lotus Express. There are
now currently over 40 Yeung's Lotus Express restaurants operating as
company owned, partnership, and franchise restaurants.
