| Training | Hands on initial training supports our operations manual so that each new franchisee represents our brand to the standard of quality associated with Young Chefs Academy. All new Young Chef Academy Franchise Owners receive on-site training followed by continual training throughout the franchise relationship. Our initial training program is designed to prepare you to furnish you with the right tools to make your dream a reality and allow you to begin your business immediately after you successfully complete your training. | We provide over 120 hours in person for you to get up and running before you even open and it doesn’t stop there. Here is a list of how we are DETERMINED to set you up for SUCCESS: Before Opening - 2 weeks of training both at our corporate location and at your school’s location Opening Month- Our team will be with you the entire week prior to opening as well as your first week of operation. Ivybrook Academy was created by a public school teacher who was
looking to balance quality of life with owning a business. As a highly
involved mom of two very young children, she sought a means of achieving
financial freedom that would also allow her more time with her kids.
Enter the Ivybrook Academy model.
- Steady daytime hours of operation - 8:15 to 4:30
- No transportation/busing of children
- No lunches served
- Professional teachers with 4-year teaching degrees

- The facility is closed approximately 32 work days per year
