Multiple Unit Franchises: We will offer the exclusive right to develop Mama Mimi's Take 'N Bake Pizza restaurant in a mutually agreed upon Territory, with an agreed upon development schedule. The Initial Franchise Fee is $20,000 for the first Franchised Restaurant developed, and each Franchise Fee thereafter is $15,000.
