Cluck-U Chicken known under Cluck-U or Cluckster's is a concept that began in 1985 in New Brunswick, New Jersey when a
college student decided that his campus needed more than just pizza and
burgers, and set out to create "The Best Buffalo Winger in the world"® available. The unique recipes and sauces that were developed created a
devoted following for food made from only the finest ingredients,

Cluck-U, Corp. is looking for suitable candidates for franchise ownership. We seek highly motivated individuals with the resources, experience and ability to operate and personally manage a high volume restaurant. While it is no guarantee of success, we believe that individuals with proven management experience, who are committed to hard work and have sufficient financial resources are most likely to excel in this demanding environment.
A minimum net worth of $240,000 is required for each Franchise to be opened. 40 % of the minimum net worth must be cash or liquid assets.

vision to make exceptional chicken and exciting sauces in a casual,
home-style environment that everyone can enjoy, and become the first
name in chicken along the way.
The total investment necessary to begin the operation of a Chicken Guy! Restaurant is $514,500 to $978,500. The total investment necessary
to begin the operation of a Chicken Guy! Restaurant at a Nontraditional
Location is $509,000 to $973,000. These estimates include $53,350 to
$56,200 that must be paid to the franchisor.
If you sign a Development
Agreement to develop multiple Chicken Guy! Restaurants you must pay the
franchisor a Development Fee in the amount of $50,000 for each
Restaurant that you commit to develop, which we will reduce to $40,000
if you commit to develop three or more Restaurants. The Development Fee
is credited against the Application Fee and Initial Franchise Fee that
are payable under the Franchise Agreement. These estimates do not
include the cost of real estate or obtaining a liquor license.
