Training | You will learn all aspects of the Gecko Hospitality franchise, including applicant tracking software, proven methodology and systems for identifying suitable hospitality candidates, Client and role playing interaction, and other advanced elements of the hospitality recruiting industry. | You and two key staff members will receive initial at-home training for up to two weeks in total, covering caregiver training, software training, and more. This will be followed by up to five days of training at our corporate support center, covering additional caregiver and software training, as well as marketing, business management, and other important issues. |
