The total investment necessary to begin operation of a Noodles & Company restaurant ranges from $684,000 to $870,000. This includes a $35,000 franchise fee that must be paid to the franchisor, but does not include the ongoing cost of buying or renting the business location.
The franchisor also requires a non-refundable development fee of $35,000 for the first Noodles & Company restaurant contemplated to be opened by you and $10,000 for each additional Noodles & Company restaurant you have agreed to open under an Area Development Agreement.
