Training | As a new franchisee, you will participate in one of the most comprehensive training programs in the industry. You will start by attending 3 weeks of comprehensive classroom training that covers coffee and tea, our menu, managing a successful cafe, human resources, and much more. Upon completion, you'll spend an additional 3 weeks in your market (whenever possible) working directly in a cafe. Prior to opening your doors, we will help train your staff and assist you in all aspects of opening your store. On-The-Job Training: 144 hours Classroom Training: 86 hours Additional Training: On-the-job training | Rituals Coffee House will provide initial training for up to five individuals. The training consists of: Classroom sessions and existing in-store training. The classroom training is conducted at our corporate training center, and on-the-job training will take place at our company-owned locations. Additional on-site training in your store as you open is also provided. In addition to the training plan, each franchise will receive a complete library of training and procedural manuals. All updates, improvements, and corrections are provided on a continual basis. |
Support | All throughout the franchise process, you will have the ongoing support and expertise of our staff. This comes in many forms of assistance: site selection, lease negotiation, business plan format and wording, build out and equipment recommendations, etc...Once open, you then have access to numerous support programs ranging from quarterly visits, mystery shops, customer surveys, our Franchise Resource Center and many other things, including ongoing contact with our staff and support team.
