You will start by attending 3 weeks of comprehensive classroom training that covers coffee and tea, our menu, managing a successful cafe, human resources, and much more. Upon completion, you'll spend an additional 3 weeks in your market (whenever possible) working directly in a cafe. Prior to opening your doors, we will help train your staff and assist you in all aspects of opening your store. On-The-Job Training: 144 hours Classroom Training: 86 hours Additional Training: On-the-job training | Initial training is included with your start-up fees. With expert training, your team will confidently deliver the successful Seattle's Best Coffee experience every time. You will have the opportunity to train in our corporate cafes and we come to your soon-to-open cafe to initiate a three week training course prior to opening. |
