Because PURE Taqueria is a destination restaurant rather than a one-on-every-corner commodity, PURE franchisees enjoy exclusivity within their geographic markets. PURE's roots in time-honored, authentic Mexican recipes take America's increasing taco-cart craze into a new age of awesome tastes and inventive presentations.
