Training Training is important. Time is taken to ensure prospective franchisees are ready to successfully operate in their market. Successful candidates will undergo an extensive training program at several store locations and incorporates management, marketing and operations. Ongoing operational and marketing support is provided to all franchisees. In addition, specialized Food Cost Analysis reports are prepared free of charge as part of our ongoing and unique franchise support - something no other franchise can boast. Communication is emphasized; our staff are accessible and responsive. Annual franchisee meetings are held to provide additional training and exchange of ideas. Interaction and communication between franchisees is encouraged.

Our initial training program consists of approximately four weeks of classroom and on-site training at one of our affiliate restaurants in Maryland. We request that you and two of your mangers attend training. In addition, we will provide you with one of our trained team members at your site for up to 14 days (to be scheduled around your opening). Your training program is intensive and includes: Recipes and Prep Procedures, Quality and Service Standards, Inventory Procedures, Equipment and Safety, Brand Compliance, Food Safety, and Sanitation and Health Code Compliance. On-The-Job Training: 86 hours Classroom Training: 95 hours
