No biased polls, no dubious claims, and no asterisks qualifying the results: Just recognizably GREAT pizza! Targeted Development Markets and Areas: We are currently limiting our opportunities to develop Mama Mimi's Take 'N Bake Pizza restaurant to the Midwest. We prefer to develop in Ohio, Michigan, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, West Virginia, and Pennsylvania. We will consider other areas, depending on the strength and organization of the prospective franchisee. Single Unit Franchises: We offer single unit franchises to qualified Applicants interested in developing in the above described markets. An Applicant interested in developing a single Franchised Restaurant must demonstrate a $200,000 net worth, with a minimum of liquid capital in the amount of $40,000. Multiple Unit Franchises: We will offer the exclusive right to develop Mama Mimi's Take 'N Bake Pizza restaurant in a mutually agreed upon Territory, with an agreed upon development schedule. The Initial Franchise Fee is $20,000 for the first Franchised Restaurant developed, and each Franchise Fee thereafter is $15,000. We require a Development Deposit of $2,000 for each Franchised Restaurant you commit to develop in your Territory after the first unit.
