Training Training will be available both at our company headquarters in Kailua Kona Hawaii for one week and at your location for one week. Training will be conducted by members of our management team. Training will be provided for 2 persons per franchised business. Ongoing training is also available. The initial training covers all material aspects of the operations of a SOFI'S CREPES franchise and is comprised of classroom and on-the-job training.
