Get In Shape For Women, a small group personal training program with 35 locations across the U.S. was founded with the purpose of empowering women through body transformation. I have been operating personal training studios for over 14 years. I have gone through the start up of over 50 personal training studios. Each and every time I have learned something new which has improved my system. This invaluable experience has allowed me to develop proprietary start up processes, and operating systems that are second to none.

The owners don't train at all, they manage and grow their business. Rent and Payroll are the two largest expenses in private training studios.
