janitorial service. In 1998, Michael Pappas joined with Eric and began

janitorial services, preventative maintenance for HVAC and mechanical
systems, and lighting construction and maintenance. We've earned an A+ rating

The total investment necessary to begin operation of an All Pro Cleaning Systems franchised business ranges from $84,700 to $199,500. This includes a Franchise Fee of $50,000 and a Territory Fee
ranging from $12,500 to $100,000, based upon the population in the
Territory. Honorably discharged veterans will receive a 10% discount on
