Training | Caf�Mia provides franchisees with a comprehensive training program at its headquarters in North Carolina. This program includes a combination of classroom and in-store hands-on training. We will also provide on-site pre-opening support via our field training team prior to opening of each new store. | Hands-on in-store training at one of our locations. Once you are ready to open your store, you will be assigned a Dagwoods trainer to ensure that you and your staff are ready to give the best possible service to your valuable customers. During this time, you will learn all aspects of management, product preparation and quality, and service. Once you are ready to open your store, you will be assigned a Dagwoods trainer to ensure that you and your staff are ready to give the best possible service to your valuable customers. You will receive ongoing visits and on-site consultations and reviews. You will attend informative franchisee meetings as well as slicer, safety and service clinics, which are held every six months. Training for you and your staff is of utmost importance for Dagwoods.
