Training A comprehensive 3-week training course is provided, covering such topics as: management & sales techniques/ operating systems & methods/ customer & employee relations/ local advertising & promotion.Prior to opening, the franchisee attends our initial training program that lasts approximately eight days. Training will, unless otherwise stated, take place at our Head Office in Mississauga, Ontario. The franchisee and their staff must also attend such additional or supplemental training courses and seminars and franchisee meetings of such duration as the franchisor may deem reasonably necessary.
Support -Operating assistance and training on a continuing basis. Our franchisees attend quarterly franchisee meetings, regular conference calls, webinars, conventions and manager meetings, where they have the opportunity to learn new skills, stay up-to-date with Grade Learning news and provide input, assistance and support in the building, launching and refining of current and new programs.

In Canada, the franchise fee for a single classroom in populations of 50,000 or more is $7,500. This includes an exclusive territorial and video license fee. In populations less than 50,000, the franchise fee is $5,000.

All franchise fees include a four-week Young Drivers instructor training program for one person, a ten-day Young Drivers classroom teacher program for one person, and a five-day business management program for up to two people.

Additional classrooms within the exclusive franchise area are priced at $2,500. Classrooms outside the exclusive franchise area are $5,000 for populations of 50,000 or more and $3,000 for populations less than 50,000.
