| Training | The initial training is extensive and covers all material aspects of the operation of an Omega Learning Center Business and is comprised of classroom and on-the-job training. There is also continued training and support at your business after you open. | Prior to opening, the franchisee attends our initial training program that lasts approximately eight days. Training will, unless otherwise stated, take place at our Head Office in Mississauga, Ontario. The franchisee and their staff must also attend such additional or supplemental training courses and seminars and franchisee meetings of such duration as the franchisor may deem reasonably necessary. |
