About B2Cafe

B2 Cafe specializes in serving freshly made-to-order food, prepared with the highest quality ingredients and served with a friendly smile each and every time.B2 Cafe began in 1991 in Tallahassee, Florida as Bagel Bagel Cafe, 'A Place So Nice We Named It Twice.' John Stout, founder of the original concept, created the idea based on skills he accumulated while working and managing a diverse number of restaurants across the U.S. As the chain expanded, so did the menu, adding signature sandwiches such as the 'Wine & Cheese,' the 'RBCC' and the 'Florida Club.' And the rest, as they say, is history. With the purchase of the restaurants by the Winsteads, the original Cafe has evolved to become B2 Cafe, with an eclectic collection of customer favorites. From bagel melts and breakfast wraps, to salads, soups and specialty dishes, B2 Cafe continues to offer quality products, excellent service and incredible value. Today, our attention to detail and innovative offerings have provided our franchisees with exceptional financial opportunity in the growing fast-casual dining category, and our employees with a solid career path to their own success. But the real winners are our guests, enjoying consistently good products, exceptional service and an affordable selection of cafe fare.
