| Training | Prior to your restaurant opening, we will furnish initial training on the operation of a Petros Chili & Chips � restaurant. The training lasts three weeks: consisting both of classroom content and in-restaurant developmental activities. We require that two people attend training prior to the store opening. | 3-week training program provides hands-on experience covering all phases of operating your la prep franchise. You will receive Operations Manuals that cover everything from employee hiring and training to product preparation, management, advertising and business systems.
