Level 2 training is offered two to three months after you have completed Level 1 training and have been operating your franchised business, and lasts for approximately five days. It covers more advanced inspection and repair services. Level 3 training is offered two to three months after you have completed Level 2 training, and lasts for approximately five days. Level 3 training covers additional types of heating systems, installation techniques, report writing, estimates and contracts, and more. We will also provide you and your staff with local training around the time of your location's grand opening, and ongoing on-site and remote support as needed.
