The total investment necessary to begin operation of one CityRow Fitness Facility is $253,843 to $460,074. This includes $83,927 to $90,985 that must be paid to the franchisor.
The total investment necessary to begin operation as a developer under an Area Development Agreement is $303,843 to 510,074 (3 - CityRow Fitness Facilities) and $403,343 to $609,574 (5 - CityRow Fitness Facilities). The area development fee applicable to each CityRow Fitness Facility will be credited toward the initial franchise fee due under the Franchise Agreement for each CityRow Fitness Facility. To qualify for an Area Development Agreement, you must agree to develop two or more Fitness Facilities.

In 1983, a group of martial-arts-school owners came together and formed the International Taekwondo Alliance to provide curriculum and operational support to others interested in opening schools in their own communities. The International Taekwondo Alliance was converted into a franchise program in 2008, under the new name Tiger-Rock Martial Arts. Franchises offer martial arts and fitness programs for children and adults.

The total investment necessary to begin operation of a Franchised Location is from $133,600 to $270,700. This includes $8,000 to $27,500 that must be paid to the franchisor or their affiliates.
The total investment necessary to enter into a Development Agreement is $23,500 to $48,000, for the right to develop 3 to 6 Franchised Locations. This includes $7,500 for each Franchised Location you agree to establish under the Development Agreement. For example, $22,500 to $45,000 must be paid to the franchisor or affiliate for the right to develop 3 to 6 Franchised Locations.
