The total investment necessary to begin operation of one
CityRow
Fitness Facility is $253,843 to $460,074. This includes $83,927 to
$90,985 that must be paid to the franchisor.
The total investment necessary to begin operation as a developer under
an Area Development Agreement is $303,843 to 510,074 (3 -
CityRow
Fitness Facilities) and $403,343 to $609,574 (5 -
CityRow Fitness
Facilities). The area development fee applicable to each
CityRow
Fitness Facility will be credited toward the initial franchise fee due
under the Franchise Agreement for each
CityRow Fitness Facility. To
qualify for an Area Development Agreement, you must agree to develop two
or more Fitness Facilities.
About Legends Boxing
The Legends Boxing brand has “put in the hard yards” to ensure that the
franchise owner has a spectacular fitness club that provides its members
with a safe, respectful, and cutting-edge atmosphere. When you
franchise with Legends, you receive a full-service real estate team,
prompt turnkey construction processes, a marketing plan that quickly
grows membership, ongoing training and support, and a proven business
model to follow.
The total investment necessary to begin operation of a Legends Boxing
franchise is approximately $313,951 to $621,035. This includes $64,850
that must be paid to the franchisor or their affiliates.
The total
investment necessary to begin operation under a Legends Boxing area
development agreement is approximately $366,951 to $734,835 for 3-5
Franchised Businesses within a Development Area (with 2 as the minimum).
This includes $117,850 to $178,650 that must be paid to the franchisor
or their affiliates.
