The total investment necessary to begin operation of a BODYBAR Pilates
Studio is $229,375 to $389,500. This amount includes $162,125 to
$183,500 that must be paid to the franchisor or its affiliate prior to

The franchisor also offers an area development program for the
establishment and operation of multiple BODYBAR Pilates Studios in a
specified development area. The total investment necessary to enter into
a development agreement for the right to develop three BODYBAR Pilates
Studios is $304,375 and $464,500 which includes $237,125 to $258,500
