 The franchisee will operate either a Noble Roman’s Pizza® franchise,
a Tuscano’s Italian Style Subs franchise or both. Either franchise is
offered for non-traditional locations such as universities, hospitals,
recreational facilities, convenience stores and other types of locations
with pre-existing customer traffic or for traditional stand-alone Noble
Roman’s and/or Tuscano’s restaurants.

The total investment necessary to begin operation of a Tuscano’s only
franchise is $21,300 to $197,800. This includes an initial franchise fee
of between $6,000 and $15,000 that must be paid to Noble Roman’s. The
total investment necessary to begin operation of a Noble Roman’s
franchise and a Tuscano’s franchise combined in the same facility is
$47,700 to $381,700. This includes an initial franchise fee of between
$11,500 and $28,000 that must be paid to Noble Roman’s.
