The total investment necessary to begin operation of a True Value Rental
rental store franchise is $545,000 to $987,050 for a new franchise and
$44,550 to $597,050 for a conversion franchise. This includes between
$403,550 and $707,300 that must be paid to the franchisor or an
affiliate if it is a new franchise and $3,550 to $407,300 if it is a
conversion franchise.
