Training
Franchisees are allowed to attend the HART Smart Initial Training Program, which consists of five days of training before business launch and up to three days of training within approximately 90 days of the commencement of operations. Training is conducted locally and at our Seattle, Washington Corporate Headquarters.

Track record of success in outside sales and cold calling, high energy, pipeline management skills, focus, methodical, low ego, strong telephone skills, professional appearance, knowledge of CRM systems, and problem-solving skills.
