We prepare a professional report summarizing the services received and costs incurred. We then advise the client about how to recover overpayments and how to receive equal or improved service, for less expense. If we find ways to save them money the fee is an equal portion of the savings for a specified period of time! During the term of the contract with the client, we continue to evaluate their needs and will bring forward additional recommendations that create additional savings for the client and additional fees for our Franchisee. Training
The training provided comes in various formats. First of all, there is a 7 day initial training course held at The Telecom Institute at Head Office. All new Franchisees are required to take the initial training course before they begin work in a Schooley Mitchell Franchise. There are five days of training in the operations, marketing, sales, business building and relationship building processes that are effective for Schooley Mitchell Franchisees. The course includes basic technical training and more importantly, instruction on the use of our reference manuals. It includes instruction on how to use the continuous training facilities through The Warehouse, our Intranet environment as well as two days of training using the actual software tools including live client cases.



Each new Franchisee also receives an intensive first year of Business Development Mentoring and Coaching Program. This one-on-one training is comprised of tips, tools and information about Sales, Marketing, Telecom, Analysis, Operations and The Warehouse.



Initial Training is finished off with three days of video training in the Franchisees office. These training modules are telecom in nature and cover a variety of telecom and tech related topics.
