5 day training program. You'll spend 1 week in a training store and your training will include a blend of procedural training, hands on product learning sessions as well as sales and marketing mentoring.
You'll learn the business of operating an LGI store: financial management, supervision of personnel, inventory management, merchandising, community relations, and marketing and sales programs.
Support
Comprehensive operations manuals and videos for reference, assistance in the ongoing training of your personnel. Throughout the year, LGI offers on-going training programs and support for you and your key managers.
These programs focus on product knowledge, sales management, personnel development, community relations, marketing and cost control. We will keep you current on the latest product developments, distribution specials and promotional campaigns
