SparkleWash International and Insight Direct, Inc. announced today the signing of a licensing and services agreement making ServiceCEO� the exclusive software solution for SparkleWash and providing each franchise owner a full suite of training and technical support services. “Insight Direct offered us a partnership model that delivered their software, training and technical support services directly to our franchise owners,” said Michael Klavora, President, SparkleWash International. “By partnering with Insight Direct, SparkleWash can use technology as a powerful recruitment tool and provide our existing franchise owners with the opportunity to drive efficiencies and grow their businesses.” SparkleWash headquarters’ staff evaluated ServiceCEO for three months to ensure that ServiceCEO met all corporate and franchise owner requirements.
