Maid To Perfection� Expansion Discounts For 2000

Since Success Magazine ranked Maid to Perfection� #1 for Support and Franchisee Satisfaction in their first-ever franchisee poll, published in the April 1999 issue, people have asked about the kinds of initiatives that we've put into policy to make business grow. One is our Expansion Discount Incentive Program. The offer is simple. The reason we've created the program is to attract franchise candidates who are looking for an opportunity beyond the "mom and pop" maid service.

To some extent, we have attracted more aggressive candidates just by the fact that we are the only major player in the "booming" cleaning service franchise industry that offers our franchise team partners access to every cleaning service dollar within their exclusive, protected territory - including maid service, add-on commercial applications in the home, and all aspects of commercial/janitorial opportunities. Expansion options within a territory are built into our system.

Now franchisees, both existing and new, can receive a 50% DISCOUNT on FRANCHISEE FEES for every other (2nd, 4th, 6th, etc.) contiguous franchise territory purchased in 2000. These expansion territories can be opened on a production schedule, over a period of time. The "kicker" in the deal is that we will not begin collecting payment until the scheduled opening, and we will finance the expansion territories 100%. The finance rate is at an exceptionally low 9�% for 48 months. The monthly payment is about $112.00 per territory.
