Retailer To Offer Framed And Unframed Versions Of Popular Motivational Materials

Deck The Walls, a leading national retailer of art and custom framing, announced today that its stores will begin carrying the Successories� line of prints and accessories. The agreement gives Deck The Walls stores the opportunity to carry unframed images of the popular motivational and inspirational prints as well as framed items for the wall and desk. “Successories is the clear leader in motivational wall art, and we are excited that we can now offer their products to our customers.” said Kathy Lekas, Deck The Walls director of merchandising. “In addition to framed and desktop prints, we offer unframed versions of their prints. That means that fans of Successories now will be able to have their favorite items custom framed to fit any decor.” Under terms of the agreement, Deck The Walls franchisees can sell more than 80 of Successories’ most popular motivational images as framed or unframed prints and as desk accessories. Since the 1980s, Successories products have been popular with business professionals around the world. Jim Brintnall, Successories senior vice president of marketing and merchandising, agrees that the time is right for motivational messages to go beyond the office walls and into the home. “With all that is going on both in the U.S. and around the world, motivational and inspirational tools have an important role to play in everyday life,” Brintnall said. “This is a unique opportunity for both companies. We bring Deck The Walls a product with proven appeal. And in our opinion, Deck The Walls is the leading retailer in wall art and framing. This agreement gives us a great opportunity to reach new customers.” Lekas said that most Deck The Walls stores will begin adding the Successories materials to their product offerings during the 4th quarter, in time for the holiday shopping season.
