We’re Rolling Pretzel Company announced the following four Corporate Office staff promotions effective today: Jen Safkow - Executive Vice President Denise Johnson � Vice President Training Denise Bailey - Vice President of Marketing and Fun Rhonda Jarrett � Corporate Store District Manager For the past four years Jen Safkow has worked for the company in the role of Director of Operations. In her new position Ms. Safkow will be responsible for franchise system development, construction of new stores, remodeling of existing stores and day to day management of the corporate and franchise stores. “Jen has been a key player in our growth over the last four years and has proven her ability as a leader to get things done effectively in a very fast paced environment. She will be instrumental in helping us reach our planned growth over the next two years,” said Kevin Krabill, President of WRPC, Inc. Denise Bailey joined the company earlier this year and has worked in various Corporate Office functions including accounting, lease administration and concept development. In her new position Ms. Bailey is responsible for creating and implementing promotional programs for the stores, new product development and creating a fun working environment. “Denise brings fresh ideas and a positive attitude to this newly created position. In order to meet our aggressive growth targets, Denise will keep us focused on profitably growing our existing store base and maintaining a positive working environment,” said Kevin Krabill, President, WRPC, Inc. Denise Johnson joined the company earlier this year after working in a franchise store location for two years. Ms. Johnson and her husband are co-owners of a franchised store located at Geauga Lake Amusement Park. In commenting on Ms. Johnson’s promotion, Kevin Krabill, President of WRPC, Inc. said, “The planned growth of our system will demand that we do an excellent job of training new franchisees and store staff members. Denise’s extensive food service knowledge and positive management style will enable her to effectively train people to operate our stores.” Rhonda Jarrett has been with the company for over eight years, starting as a part time employee in the company’s second store. In her new position, Ms. Jarrett will be responsible for the day to day operations of all corporate owned stores. “Rhonda has a tremendous command of our operating system and has demonstrated her ability to operate our stores,” said Kevin Krabill. “She will be a great addition to our corporate store operating team.” The company currently has five corporate owned stores and expects the number of corporate stores to double in the next two years. The We’re Rolling Pretzel Company system currently operates 53 stores in six states. The company’s growth plan projects this number to grow to a total of 110 stores within the next two years. This growth will come in a variety of locations � Wal-Mart Supercenters, traditional shopping malls, amusement parks and non-traditional locations. System wide sales are projected to reach $25 million by the end of 2007 through a combination of new stores and same store sales growth.
