Prior to joining Help-U-Sell, Mr.Ozonian held key senior positions spanning all aspects of the home ownership industry. He currently serves as Chairman of Global Mobility Solutions, and was the National Home Ownership Executive for Bank of America, leading all Realtor, builder and corporate relocation businesses. Ozonian was a senior executive at RE/MAX International, responsible for the development of national title and mortgage operations extending the revenue and income opportunities for the relocation and residential operations. He was President and Chief Executive Officer of REALTOR.com., the most successful real estate Internet portal in the world. Under his leadership, the company created the most valuable web based real estate asset, representing over one million Realtors, despite fierce competition from established technology leaders. His industry experience also includes holding several top positions at Prudential Real Estate and Coldwell Banker. As Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Prudential Real Estate and Relocation Solutions, the company grew significantly in size and stature. During his tenure with Coldwell Banker, the company became a major national force in real estate franchising and corporate relocation. Prior to his positions with Coldwell Banker, Mr. Ozonian was Regional President, Employee Transfer Corporation, a division of Chicago Title and Trust, where he also served as Managing Director.
