Tuesday, August 31, 2004

MOTO Franchise Corporation (MFC), franchisor of MotoPhoto digital minilabs and portrait studios, is pleased to announce that Joseph O'Hara will be joining the company as Vice President of Franchise Sales & Business Development.

O'Hara, who has over 15 years experience in the franchise industry, will oversee all aspects of franchise sales and business growth and development for the company.

Joe is currently the second largest shareholder and one of three members of MFC's Board of Directors. He is owner of ProMoto Management Corporation, the largest MotoPhoto area developer for MFC, and five franchised MotoPhoto stores in New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania; he is divesting himself of these interests in order to concentrate on his responsibilities with MFC. While at ProMoto he has held several positions of increasing responsibility. He began as Director of Finance and Administration in 1991, moved to Vice President in 1992, and advanced to Chief Operating Officer and Director in 1994, the position he held until purchasing ProMoto in 2003, when he assumed the position of President.

From 1987 until 1991, Joe was Director of Franchise Development for Moto Photo, Inc., responsible for sales and acquisition of new and existing franchise locations throughout the United States. Prior to joining Moto Photo, Inc. Joe held management positions with NCR Corporation and General Motors Corporation. He holds a B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering and a M.B.A. degree in Finance/Marketing (dual concentration) from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio.

Harry Loyle, President and CEO stated, "I am excited to have Joe joining the MFC offices here in Dayton, Ohio. With Joe's capabilities and experience, I believe his addition will only strengthen an already impressive management team and will reinvigorate our franchise sales efforts." MotoPhoto is an upscale specialty retailer in the photographic services and portrait business that feature on-site processing, portrait studios, select merchandise, and offer state-of-the-art digital technology, including digital printing and writing images to CDs. MotoPhoto is North America's largest franchise system of one-hour photo processing stores with over 225 locations in the U.S. and Canada.
