John and Robbi have co-Branded The Very Best dessert cafe with a brand new toasted sub concept, Brick House Subs. Nestle Toll House Cafe offers premium, delicious desserts including the famous Toll House Cookie. Brick House Subs offers quality toasted subs in a variety of flavors. Together, these concepts offer a complete and delicious meal! Prior to opening the cafe was known as "Katie's Cookie Store" by friends and family of the Henderson's. Even with the name change, their 2 year old daughter Katie still enjoys the dessert cafe, and so do all the customers!
