One year later and more than a total of 300 pounds lighter, the top five winners of Truestar for Women Nutrition & Fitness Centers "Ultimate You Contest" recently enjoyed the results of their hard work with a day of pampering and pictures. The winners were in Toronto recently for a photo shoot at Truestar corporate headquarters where they tossed their fat pants aside and slipped into new outfits that complemented their newly sculpted bodies.

Before the photo shoot, the ladies received the celebrity treatment at Salon Jie in Yorkville where they had their hair and make-up done by some of the city's finest stylists and make-up artists.

Winners of the twice-yearly contest are judged on weight loss, attitude and overall lifestyle change following the Truestar for Women program. The grand prize is an all-inclusive trip for two to the Mayan Riviera.
