Truestar Health Inc. will be conducting a six-week focus group to encourage families to take action against childhood obesity using the five key areas of health that make up the Truestar system: Attitude, Nutrition, Sleep, Vitamins and Exercise. The study will be featured on the innovative, educational television series, Today's Family. The study involves 11 families with at least one obese child and one obese parent. The children range in age from 8 to 16. The program will be repeated 50 times between June and September.
