MTO Cleaning Services� (MTO), a national franchise of full service cleaning professionals headquartered in Independence, is pleased to announce it has entered into Area Development Agreements for Southern California, Central Florida, Minnesota, South Carolina and Wisconsin. These Agreements are part of an aggressive growth strategy for the organization, following an extensive rebranding project completed in June. "We've expanded our service lines and revamped our brand image, and now we are focused on our growth goals and substantially increasing our franchised unit count," stated John Davies, Chief Executive Officer. "Area Development is a common model used in the franchising industry, and we are combining this strategy with increased promotion and visibility in our direct sales channels as well." At least two more Area Development Agreements are expected to be executed domestically within the next ninety days and negotiations are underway for Agreements in Canada as well. The Area Development Agreements give franchisees the right to develop franchised territories within their defined areas. The franchised rights span MTO's full service line: maid/janitorial services, carpet cleaning and floor care, air duct cleaning and power washing. Each Agreement spans an area of 3 million to 5 million people. MTO is a rapidly growing residential and commercial cleaning franchise system.
