If you ask any of our managers or owners to describe a sales person they had who has won a Worldwide Express sales contest, you would hear many of the same things over and over again. Winning characteristics are all too similar. If you talked to Dan Hartnett about Josh Dunham he would tell you that Josh has seen the success he has early in his career largely due to his attitude towards the job each day. It's a positive approach towards the job and towards his professional development that makes Josh a great member of Dan's team in OC. Josh understands the value of the field and gives honest effort to working the field each and every day. I can tell you that it was the coupling of a positive approach to the job and sheer execution that recently earned Josh an invite to ACE training last week. Josh showed real potential during the week and I would look for his numbers to spring board to the next level late this year and early next. No surprise as this performance is not unlike others who have followed Dan Hartnett's lead.
