The applicant must be graduated from or about to graduate from high school or its equivalent, or be a student at an accredited college, junior college, university or other educational institution. Recipients of scholarships will be selected from qualified applicants on an objective and nondiscriminatory basis, based upon qualification standards, regardless of the race, color, age, religion, sex, or disability of the applicant. Recipients of the Campbell Family Scholarship can resubmit an application each year, for up to four years, and must reapply for the scholarship each academic year. Banfield Charitable Trust, a 501 � (3) nonprofit organization founded in 2003, was founded in response to Banfield team members' requests for a way to take Banfield's vision of treating Pets like family beyond the walls of the hospital. In addition to providing preventive care to clients in need, the Charitable Trust also supports childhood education about caring for Pets, veterinary education programs, and programs based on the family-Pet bond.
