Acquisition Assimilates Current Linc Service� Contractor into Company-Owned Store

In a move that will strengthen the Linc Service� Network's presence in Southern California, The Linc Group (TLG) has purchased Jackson & Blanc's Linc� franchise in Irwindale. A Linc Service Contractor since 1998, Jackson and Blanc has been serving the heating and air conditioning needs of its customers for more than 75 years. TLG's acquisition maintains the Linc Service Network's strong presence in the Los Angeles market by combining the Irwindale franchise with TLG's company-owned store (COS) in Irvine � Linc Mechanical � one of 21 locations in major metropolitan markets throughout the United States.
